Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of FittingByMe’s website (including multilingual versions), PWA, related services, and the WordPress plugin offering. By using the services, you agree to these Terms.

1) Definitions
  • Platform: fittingbyme.com, its localized pages, PWA pages, and related services.
  • End User: a visitor/buyer using public features or the PWA.
  • Seller: a business owner managing listings, products, or business pages.
  • WordPress User: a person/business using the WordPress plugin and plans.
2) Accounts, accuracy, and security
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information (email, phone, business details, etc.).
  • Report suspected unauthorized use promptly.
3) Acceptable use
  • No illegal, abusive, infringing, or misleading content.
  • No unauthorized access attempts, disruption, reverse engineering, or unapproved scraping.
  • We may suspend or restrict access for violations.
4) Products, shops, and responsibilities
  • Product/business information is provided by Sellers. Sellers are responsible for accuracy, pricing, inventory, fulfillment, and after-sales support unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • We may provide tools to display/filter/improve listings, but do not guarantee error-free information.
5) Sellers
  • Sellers must provide lawful and accurate business content (name, address, contacts, images, etc.).
  • No unauthorized use of trademarks, copyrighted materials, or third-party assets.
  • Listings may be limited in case of valid complaints or policy violations.
6) WordPress plans & API
  • WordPress plans may include feature and usage limits as described on the plans pages.
  • API keys/tokens must be kept confidential. Misuse may lead to suspension.
  • You are responsible for your WordPress environment, hosting configuration, and proper usage.
7) Payments, invoicing, and refunds

Payment and refund rules follow the policies published on the Platform. Please refer to Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

8) Content & intellectual property
  • The Platform, branding, design, and software are owned by FittingByMe.
  • User/Seller content remains theirs, but you grant us a license to display it to provide the services.
9) Disclaimers & limitation of liability
  • Services are provided “as is” and may change or experience downtime.
  • We are not liable for indirect damages resulting from use or inability to use the Platform.
10) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated version.

11) Governing law & disputes

Disputes will be attempted to be resolved via support and negotiation first. If needed, matters may be handled under the laws and competent authorities of Turkey (Istanbul).
