At FittingByMe we stand behind our services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase (subscription, plan, or paid feature), you may request a full refund within 30 days of the payment date. No questions asked for eligible requests.

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for FittingByMe services, including seller plans, mobile plans, WordPress API plans, and in-app purchases. Please read the conditions below to see if your purchase is eligible.

To request a refund, please contact us with your order or transaction details:

• Include your registered email or phone and the date of purchase
• Mention the product or plan (e.g. Seller Plan
• Mobile Plan)
• We will confirm eligibility and process the refund within 5–10 business days

Refunds are granted under the following conditions:

• The request is made within 30 days of the payment date
• The service has not been used in a way that violates our terms (e.g. abuse
• fraud)
• Subscription or one-time purchase is eligible as stated at the time of purchase
• Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original transaction

Once your refund request is approved:

• We will send you a confirmation email
• The amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
• Bank or payment gateway processing may add a few extra days depending on your country

Refunds may not be granted in these cases:

• Requests made after 30 days from the payment date
• Use of the service in violation of our Terms of Service
• Repeated refund requests for the same or similar purchases
• Refunds for services that were explicitly stated as non-refundable at the time of purchase
